For almost 20 years, my practice has been devoted to the prosecution, defense, and avoidance of commercial and professional disputes.  I strive every day to provide highly efficient, effective, and ethical representation to clients who are willing to help me achieve the best possible results.  


Today, I only handle a few cases at a time, which allows me to focus on your individual situation and goals.  


I will always be ready to estimate what our plan will cost, our odds of success, and the likelihood of disappointment.  I will also expect you to understand that these estimates are just that: educated guesses, which could be incorrect.

I am always happy to work closely with clients who want to be "hands on," and to work with clients who would like to reduce their legal expenses by performing some tasks themselves: reviewing documents, making copies; preparing chronological summaries. 

Early in each matter, you and I will agree on your goals, our approach, and - most important - our "Theme of the Case."  Everything we do thereafter should be consistent with those three defining decisions, focused on proving - to our judge, jury, and opponent - the compelling truth and accuracy of our Theme of the Case!  This is the best way for us to remain efficient and effective, and - ultimately - achieve your goals.
